Vous auriez économisé votre temps avec une recherche google et vous auriez conclu à un manque de configuration de php qui se résout par
soit dans php.ini :
date.timezone = Europe/Paris
ou dans la config locale de piwigo :
date_default_timezone_set( 'Europe/Paris' ) ;

j ai heberge mon site sur mon pc , jai pas installer autre chose en php !
et je pense que c est en rapport avec le fuseaux horaires
donc c'est uniquement à la première installation de piwigo sur votre site ?
Quel ets votre hébergeur et y avez vous déjà installé des script php (forum, gallerie etc) ?

j'ai déjà eut ce genre de problème et cela venait d'un mauvaise config de $conf['show_php_errors'] : auriez vous changé quoique ce soit de significatif dans la config de piwigo et/ou php ?
