après une nouvelle recherche sur internet j'ai trouvé qu'il fallait mettre
date.timezone = "Europe/Paris"
short_open_tag = off
magic_quotes_gpc = off

et ça fonctionne

Le problème est donc résolu.

J'ai mis à la racine du site un fichier php.ini avec date_default_timezone_set('Europe/Paris'); dedans mais ça n'a rien changé.

Je n'arrive plus à me connecter à l'admin de ma galerie piwigo.

J'ai désactivé les plugins, j'ai autorisé les cookies, j'ai vidé la table history car la base approchait de sa taille maximum, mais rien n'y fait.
